The MRVSA’s Fall Recreational Program is open to players of all ability levels, K – 6th grade. The emphasis is on learning the game, developing skills, and having fun. Equal playing time for all players is stressed.
Registration
All players must register online. Registration for the Fall program is open in May/June. The MRVSA will make every effort to place players that register late (July/Aug registrants) on a team that has room for more players, but placement is not guaranteed to late registrants.
Season Calendar
Practices start: Late August or early September.
First game: Saturday following Labor Day. Subsequent Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
Last game: Final Saturday in October.
Fees
Kindergarten: $35 per player
Grades 1– 6: $50 per player
Late fee after June 18: $10 per family
Sibling Discounts: None
Team Selection
Teams will be selected to maintain a balance of skill level and, when possible, to accommodate car pool requests. Coaches will notify players of practice times in late August or early September.

Practice Schedule
Kindergarten: Co-ed, one practice per week on Saturday mornings.
Grades 1-2: Co-ed, one practice per week, one game per week, always at Couples field.
Grades 3-6: Separate girls/boys teams, two practices per week, one game per week.
Equipment Needed
- Shin guards
- #4 ball (#3 ball for Kindergarteners)
- Water bottle
- Cleats suggested, but not required.
